I've released an initial version of a new Horde theme based on work I am doing for a pilot logbook application.  It is a small package consisting of 1 subtle background image of a VFR sectional, and a CSS file.  All colors are based on colors found on the VFR chart.  Currently, only the Horde-level theme files are completed, but I plan on adding some application specific tweaks to this theme in the future, so check back for updates!
